Jerry Titus was a rare triple threat in motorsports—a gifted journalist, skilled mechanic, and fearless racer. Starting as a writer and editor for Sports Car Graphic, he transitioned to racing and quickly proved his mettle, eventually becoming Trans-Am champion in 1967 driving for Carroll Shelby.
In this new original design, I've Illustrated Jerry Titus piloting a Vasek Polak prepared 911 in the 1966 Santa Barbara Road Races. He would go on to win the class D championship that year.
