If you aren't 100% satisfied with an item, simply return it with your order number for an exchange or refund.
If USPS has destroyed a poster, soaked your new copy of The Little Red Racing Car in swamp water, or otherwise abused something on its way to you, please let us know.
If your shirt is snug, if you notice a flaw upon arrival – if it is an intolerable shade of gray – please allow us to exchange it.
If you cut your shirt with scissors while trying to open the package… if you set your shirt on fire while trying to open the package with a torch… if you have used your shirt for a pet bed – or a liter box for your cat... if you have worn your shirt – or worse, worn it to change the oil – please purchase a replacement rather than asking for a refund or exchange.

International Orders: Because of the high cost of shipping internationally from the USA, we cannot ship a second time for the original price paid. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, etc., we will be happy to refund the order – or reship to a corrected address for the actual cost of shipping.
